The pain we close
The old easy FTP feed for procurement data closed in 2025. The official complex access is out of reach for most teams. You still have to dig the winner and the phone by hand on the procurement site while the lead is hot. Time goes into browser tabs instead of a call.

Subcontractors and construction supply teams who want to call the winning firm in their region and niche while the contract is still fresh.
How it works
The service reads the contract feed and cards on the procurement site, plus another open source for Moscow. The card already shows amount, customer, link, and contacts that could be filled in. You set a status: new, reviewing, taking, skip, done. There is a morning run for recent days. This skeleton does not push the feed to a messenger by itself.
Under the hood
A normal server app with a database and a panel. Contacts are filled from open sources and by INN through external directories; keys stay in server secrets. There is no bid submission here. You need a running process; GitHub Pages alone is not enough.
Result
A working feed and contract card with a call from the screen. The public repo has no client databases; demo lots are fictional. MIT license.
